It helps me with energy and also keeps my immune system strong with all of the Vitamin C. My moods have been stable for about 3-4 years now, as well. This stuff works!

I live a high stress lifestyle like many people do and I tend to crash during the early afternoon and mid evening. I can tell a difference, my energy level stays even throughout the day without the severe ups and downs. I stack this product with Adrenacalm K16 and Thyroxal K12. I have also noticed some weight loss while on these products. I will definitely continue to make this part of my supplement routine.
