I know that the liquid vitamins work faster then pills, so finally after a year of no vitamins, I decided to try "ALIVE". I have only been taking it for a week, but notice a big difference. I am now recommending it to my friends and family. One question, is the 4g of sugar a natural sugar from the other ing.? or is it sugar added. One of my co-workers can not use sugar. Oh, it doesn't taste that bad. I put it in a jigger of orange juice. Answer to Helen's Question: It does have 4 grams of sugar also 100% pure crystalline fructose which is a sweetner.

My overall energy, skin, hair, nails, bowel habits etc. have pretty much returned to normal. I have been on it for two weeks now and can tell a complete difference in comparison to taking bariatric specific capsule form multi vitamin for the last 6 months. EXCELLENT!!

I feel a difference on the days I forget to take it. The taste isn't that great but if you chase it with a big glass of water it isn't that bad. This product does, however, have to be refrigerated. I'm not sure how it works compared to the tablet form because I haven't tried the other ones.
