A bit cheaper than some of the other name brands so that is good for me since price matters a lot.

I mounted a 2 1/4hp Triton to this insert and it is still dead flat. The magnet set holds the insert firmly in place. Starter pin is threaded and can be installed in either of the two pre-drilled holes. Great product at a great price. Customer service also gets 5 stars.
