They loved it! my only problem was the plastic was covered in a premask to protect it and required dismantling the back to gain access to remove the premask cleanly. it did so just fine and was reassembled in a jiffy and hung quickly. but there was no instructions to do this and the others receiving the gift may not have noticed the premask was removable. if you chose not to remove it, it may not even be noticeable once hung up. a great product for the money and a grreat gift idea for someone who has everything!

I was frankly surprised at how nice the frame and mat was. Plus the different letters were so cool. My friends hung it right away and I think they'll treasure for a long time. A highly recommended gift.
