Bosch 1617EVSPKstar rating 5jeffFebruary 2, 2011I use porter cable routers every day at work and they work fine, but i read the reviews about the bosch and gave it a try. i bought the plunge combo and it works awsome. The bearings are smooth, the plunge base is great you just push down a small lever and it automatically locks down or springs up. The router has a micro adjustment that works very well, and the case even has a spot for quarter inch bits as well as half. The only quarrell i have is that it didnt come with a guide. Other than that i definatly recomend this router.
