I take 1600mg of Piracetam and 500mg of Choline (in the form of Lecithin) at 9:00 AM, 800mg Piracetam at 4:00 PM and another 800mg Piracetam at 11:00 PM. I do not notice any significant cognitive benefits even when I take over ten grams in a single day. It seems that I am a "non-responder" However, my hands, which are usually pretty shaky, are significantly steadier when I take Piracetam. Also, my family has a history of heart issues, and I am used to experiencing chest pains on a daily basis. I recently realized that I no longer get these chest pains. And Piracetam seems to make my dreams very vivid and memorable. So while Piracetam doesn't seem of much use to me as a study-aid, I'm going to continue taking it for the benefits I listed.

He takes 3 in AM and I only take 1 or some times 2, both work fine with him. and he loves them. I also take 50 MG of Mordalert, both in the Am, the combo works fine . When working at the desk or other tasks my thought process would begin to of other things. This was in itself frustrating as it caused me to take much more time to complete the task at hand. Several days after beginning to use the Piracetam product I could detect a marked difference in my ability to concentrate and funnel my thoughts to complete a project in much less time. Had much greater control and a much clearer thought process. The frustration of not being able to produce work product like I use to be able to was gone. That in itself is a marked improvement in my attitude. I had become quite agitated at myself and it was showing in my relationship with others. No more. I have clear, focused thoughts and also have a much friendlier attitude because of it. Super product that I will not be without.
