Mine is actually more reddish than shown in the picture, but I love it much more the way it is. This backpack holds EVERYTHING I need, I can use it for everyday stuff as a student, or even a weekend stay out of town! It's big enough for just about anything I need to get done, and looks great doing so. It should be known that this backpack is lined with a sturdy black material (I wanted a lining-description when I shopped). There are four bronze-colored studs on the bottom of the bag to avoid getting it dirty when it's on the floor. The backpack straps have three holes for length-options, and are padded in a non-obvious way, so it still looks vintage and genuine. There is also a pocket in the back (a large, flat one that takes up the length of the back). There are 4 leather pen-holders in the front pocket, and one discreet pocket in the main compartment. All in all, this bag is pretty expensive, but should last for years and years. It's a timeless product for both men and women. Hope this helps!
