It bad enough not having your own hair but not returning an item adds to the stress of it all. I had to send two wigs back because of the color and being a red head it is hard to match up the correct color for me. I had to mail them back and it cost me 20.00 for both wigs. The wigs are costly and the return charge is unfair in my opiinion. Style is the only advantage. Still not completly happy with the color but can't afford to keep sending them back Quality is no better than the less costly ones.
