I haven't tried any other flavor. I like it better than the other products that I've tried. It is also lower in calorie than some of the products I've looked at.

But I take the vanilla and add fruit and ice and make it work. Its very cost effective. I put 3 scoops in 8oz of water for a nice thick shake. Add banana or strawberries, blueberries etc.

Who really knows about the true absorption rate on any of these really... I have been body building for 4 yrs now and have found this to be the best value for my money.. at 1 gram per pound i'm drinking 5 - 2 scoop shakes a day in addition to my meals... My family doctor is also a bodybuilder and he's is actually the one who reccommended it!! - nice job, keep up the good work!
