We bought this to replace another brand that broke just 2 weeks after we installed it. Although it would be nice if it had a lifetime warranty it looks like it will last. Installation was about 1 1/2 hours and we did have to cut just a little of the frame to get it to seat properly.It was just a little deeper than the previous strike. Customer service told us this was normal though.
