Also the intensity level of your workout goes up. I think this is one of the better products I've tried in a longtime a definite must have if you are just starting to train.

I felt my strength increase along with my mental focus to hit it really hard. Usually i'll go and hit the gym hard, but when a big booty'd babe walks in my mind wanders.. on this you could care less.
