Jarrow JarroSilstar rating 5darlene c.October 8, 2008Someone said this helps skin and hair so I tried it. a couple of weeks later I noticed my nails don’t break as easily and my hair used to break so easily but now it looks much better. Tastes terrible though so maybe I will try to use the capsules instead.
