About 8 years ago my doctor suggested I try this and it has made a big difference. I still have a lot of pain but the stiffness that I used to have when I stayed in a position for a little while is gone when I'm taking it regularly. I reminded myself of this fact when I recently ran out and my order took a while. The increased pain and stiffness returned in all their fury. I won't let that happen again. I highly recommend it.
