Metabolol IIstar rating 5Darren, EMay 27, 2006This doesnt make me feel bloated like cheap blends do. I feel more alert and have increased energy through out the whold day off of one shake in the morning. No stomaches no ill feelings and its not a super thick shake either. Great Stuff!
