The physical product seems to be fine: sturdy, easy to operate and all it says it is in the advertising copy. The problem is, when we got it , apparently someone, perhaps inadvertantly, had "set" a combination of numbers for the keybox pushing the buttons through the front opening in the plastic packaging. Therefore, as hard as we tried, we could not "reset" or "unset" the existing numbers, or "set" our own number combination. I contacted the retailer and he kindly asked me to return it for an exchange, which I did. Stay tuned.
