Advantage has great prices and fast service on this. You have to eat about 8 scoops a day plus regular healthy meals if you want to add fast mass. However, I emailed the company months ago about what countries their ingredients come from and they never replied. Maybe someone else can get an answer.

It's Economically a good deal but i found it little slow in reaction as i have gained only 1 kg weight in 1 months but beginners can try this.
