I have IC and count on this product to allow me versatility in foods that I couldn't have otherwise. Your food list becomes very limited without foods with acid and those that are very spicy. I mix it with everything that suggest a red flag for me. I use it when I buy salad dressings by putting it directly into the new bottle and in jars of applesauce and it goes in tomato based dishes I prepare etc. I literally cook with it all the time. Best product ever! Keep up the good work with these products.
