The texture is great and the flavors are delicious. Jerky was something I missed once I became a veg, I'm glad this product is on the market to quiet the cravings in a humane way.

I once gave some to some tired handymen, and one commented how tasty it was so he started looking at the casing to see what kind it was. He was so shocked to see that it was vegetarian! He said that if he had known that in the beginning, he would have been too scared to try it, but he's glad he did!
