To install it, I just had to remove the old deadbolt and then enlarge the opening a bit with a wood file. Then just popped it right in! I thought I'd use the prox card, but don't really use it, as it's so easy to use the key pad. My only complaint is I wish there was a better locked/unlocked indicator on the inside! All you see is a plastic knob in one of two positions, with no label or indicator.

It looks good and feels very solid on the outside. An important tip - if you install it and it is trying to turn the bolt in the wrong direction - the L or R switch does not solve your problem. Put in the batteries, let it do it's 'hello' song, press the open-close button to move the motor, then take out a battery, press the open-close button (to flush power from the system and reset it) then reinstall the battery and now it will turn the other direction for open and close.

Much more lock for the price than I expected. Completely keyless and completely easy to program. Easier than setting my watch and just as secure as the old fashion deadbotl i replaced.
