Soy Prostar rating 5LynneAugust 2, 2006I've used soy protein powder both as a weight loss/maintenance product and because I try to add soy to my diet for its health properties, and this is the best tasting brand I've ever tried! I've only tried the blueberry flavor so far, but you can bet I'm trying all of them. I make smoothies in the blender, and the powder mixes very well, however, one time I tried to stir it in with a spoon, and I did wind up with little globs of dry powder that didn't mix in properly. Unbelievably, even that wasn't a bad taste. I'm hooked!
