Follow the directions. To women out there, shave your legs BEFORE you put this on. Results are quick. Bottle says apply at night, great idea, you WILL be tan in the morning! When you apply at night do not put on socks afterwards, this will avoid it coming off on your socks and having an uneven tan. I LOVE this product and highly recommend it!!!
