System Six Ripped Manstar rating 4James TMarch 13, 2008I have been using Irwin Naturals' 'Ripped Man', for at least three, close to four months now, and I must say this product has given me an edge for exercise! Firstly, and one of the best things I have found is, when I wake up in the mornings I don't feel so sore whatsoever, and I have been more diligent with my exercise, and my "snacking" cravings are easily controlled with the help of this stuff. I take the recommended dose of six a day, but i break them up - three in the morning, three 15 before an early evening exercise, and also I don't have any problem going to sleep, but I do wake up early with no problems with grogginess all the time, ha! I have really been enjoying this stuff! I recommend this to anyone trying to jump start a regular exercise routine, or trying to shed some weight and gain a little muscle.
