Let me tell you something... when the ephedra based products were banned I was a sad cookie and thought to myself, "why is it that when ever something that works comes along the FDA has to come and stick their nose in and ruin it?" I'll tell you why. Cause the'ye not getting their pocket padded. That's another story though. Back to the OxyElite. It's the best fat burner I have ever used bar none! Take my word. Although I would not advise this product to those who are sensitive to caffeine. It does help me lose weight as I’ve been struggling to for some time now. Though it must be used in conjunction with diet and exercise to get the fullest effects. I’ve been using it with diet and exercise now for about a month to a month and a half and have lost almost 15 pounds. These are very good statistics seeing as though it’s only healthy to lose 1-2 pounds a week and I have never been able to even lose that before using this product. I would recommend this to anyone struggling to lose weight.

I did not notice any side effects, and would recommend this product. But it is not a magic pill and does require work on your part.

I take 2 pills AM upon waking instead of coffee and before I eat breakfast. My appetite is reduced and the energy level is improved. However there is absolutely no fat loss or general weight loss. I'm somewhat disappointed. I still have stubborn belly fat that I cannot get rid of.
