ZMA, 90 capsstar rating 1JohnFebruary 18, 2010It just doesn't work. Sure the magnesium works, but I didn't feel anything when working out or with my sleep cycles that I normally feel with ZMA. Generally, I sleep better, fuller, and my workouts are longer and easier. I went through this whole container, thinking that it was just a natural low that my body was going through, but 30 days of diarrhea and bad workouts prove that this product is just cheap, but not quality. I switched to the 1Fast400 and the effects of ZMA that I used to get came back. ZMA is a great supplement.
