Zoller Labs Zantrex-3 84capsstar rating 1DeniseAugust 26, 2010I would not recommend this product to anyone. I started taking ZANTREX-3 a few days ago. Today, Good Friday, is my 4th day. I felt I should share my ZANTREX-3 experience with others, since I just arrived home a few hours ago from Urgent Care. I only took 1 capsule instead of 2 and I only took it right before breakfast each day with a 12 ounce glass of water. Also I ate the same oatmeal I eat everyday, nothing different but zantrex-3. About a 1/2 hour later while I am reading the newspaper my hands start burning, I look at them and they are red, my elbows, my knees, feet and face. I panic, I have never broken out into hives or ever had a reaction like this to anything. My doctor was closed so I went to urgent care. The doctor explained that some ingredients in zantrex-3 can cause skin flushing, the redness and burning reaction I had caused my blood vessels to expand and for burning, redness and swelling to occur. They said luckily I am not on any monthly presciption medication or this could of been alot worse. I WISH I WOULD HAVE RESEARCHED THIS PRODUCT MORE BEFORE OR EVEN READ THE WARNING ON THE LABEL ON BACK OF BOTTLE! PLEASE: Everyone check with your doctor and read reviews by others before buying these products. I am returning this product to Walgreens for a refund. At least that will help offset my $25 co-pay I incurred today. Lesson learned and I hope this review helps others make informative decisions. P.S. The 1st 2 days I noticed a little more energy. The 3rd day some nausea and dizziness, but felt better by afternoon, probably because it worked its way out of my system.
